Pestology is a family business based in Worcestershire. Simon Slater has had a background in pest control since 1988 but has a lifetimes worth of experience and knowledge when it comes to dealing with pests. Sally Slater is in charge of the office and administration. Sonia Farinha Harris is a fully qualified member of the team and shares responsibilty as a technician and biologist.

Outside of work Simon enjoys beekeeping, rock climbing with his son James and hiking with his family and black labrador Fraser!

Simon's qualifications, accreditations and memberships:

~ Fully certified BPCA field biologist

~ Accredited technician of BASIS Wildlife Aware
(and a supporter of the Campaign for Responsible Rodenticide Use)

~ Certified member of BPCA, British Pest Control Association

~ Certified member of the NPTA, National Pest Technicians Association

~ Trained and certified in the Biology and Control of Feral Honey Bees

~ Trained and certified in Hazard Analysis (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health)

~ Level 3 award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering

~ Enhanced CRB checked

~ Holds a SPA (Safety Pass Alliance) passport
